The Greyboy Allstars

I The Greyboy Allstars sono una band di acid jazz fondata nel 1994 a San Diego, California. Il gruppo è composto da Karl Denson (sassofonista), Robert Walter (tastierista), Elgin Park (chitarrista), Chris Stillwell (bassista) e Zak Najor (batterista).

Il nome della band deriva da un soprannome che Karl Denson aveva ricevuto da un amico durante un tour in Giappone. La band è stata influenzata da artisti come James Brown, Grant Green e Herbie Hancock.
